• Technical metadata (e.g. UTM campaign tags, approximate request timing)

What we do not collect

We do not ask for patient health information, Social Security numbers, or passwords.

Storage

Submissions are stored in encrypted cloud databases hosted in the United States.

Retention

We retain lead data for up to 24 months unless you request deletion.
